Shipping
In stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your purchase date and should arrive within 5-8 days after leaving the studio via standard shipping. Delays may occur with promotional events and/or holidays. Free shipping is offered for orders $75 and over otherwise a $7 shipping fee will be applied. Shipping is only offered in the U.S. at this time. Time frames are not guaranteed due to no control of handling once the item(s) are shipped.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction matters most. Returns and/or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items may be returned in unused condition in its original package with proof of purchase. Due to the hand crafted and hand pouring vessels, no two vessels are the same. There may be minor imperfections, air bubbles, and minor color variations. Additionally there may be a range in depth and wax capacity. Each package is shipped securely, however there may be potential shipping defects and/or damage. If this occurs, please provide a photo of the damaged item and a full refund or exchange will be honored. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
